“Didn’t like anything about the property. I had to have housekeeping come in to re clean the shower floor and all the floors throughout. The shower floor had mold build up. The rest of the floors were dirty. The top of the refrigerator was so dusty you could write your name in it. The nightstands were also very dusty. We had an assigned parking spot for handicapped which we do have a tag for. However half of the space was underwater. The fabric blinds were electrical but none of them worked to……

“Front desk, grounds crew, housekeeping and bartender are all friendly and helpful. Front desk team and bartender were attentive to our requests. Grounds crew was always busy keeping the property maintained and looking good. They even kept the beach cleaned up from seaweed and debris. The location is great with many good restaurants within a few miles and a couple within easy walking distance. This is our "go to" place in the Keys. Our many stays have always been great and we hate to leave.”

“The hotel property is nice, renovated and easy to get around. Plenty of activities for young families. We unfortunately had to move rooms after one night due to neighbors smoking and made our room smell, not great on its own, worse when you have two small children. Hotel gave us a slice of chocolate cake as some sort of offering for our major inconvenience in having to pack and unpack after just one night. Moved us to a room further from pool that appeared to be vacant for quite some time.……
