“The property has gone downhill the past few years. The staff is not helpful. I paid for a Waterview room and I received one of two units that faced the main road. Immediately called down to the front desk and was given the runaround for two days and then they never followed up after that. Nepal was so crowded that we couldn’t even get a seat the first day. There were so many people in the pool. The water was cloudy.”

Staff was very friendly. And there is Wilma! She is the resident pet cat mascot. A super friendly, female orange long hair cat.”
