“I made the reservation for the wrong day by accident. I called immediately after hitting reserved wanting to switch it to the correct day and willing and ready to pay the difference. They still had two of the exact room available for the day I needed and they were of no help. Would not offer me a refund or to just use that day's balance towards the date I actually needed. I called the hotel directly and I called Expedia who told me they also called the hotel directly”

“The couch I paid for was absolutely filthy in black and dirty so we did not use it for our company at all... It was horrible to have paper cups instead of glasses.... Upon entering the communication between Expedia and days and was horrible as it related to payment and resulted in a big argument that the service that this person did not seem to understand.... “Upon arriving, we were approched saying they were 420 friendly, as they were partying in middle parking lot, smoking marijuana....REALLY.....Hallways smelled of marijuana. Did not feel safe at all, Managers were very unfriendly, never once talked to me. The guy that checked me in was not sober at all. Other residents that live there played music all night long, Police came and arrested someone in middle of night. The only good person there was cleaning lady, god bless her for having to work……
