“We enjoyed our stay overall—the home was clean, nicely kept, and in a great location. Being only about 10 minutes from downtown and the FSU campus made it very convenient for getting around.That said, the property could use a few improvements in terms of comfort. The pillows provided did not all have pillow cases on them. 2 were in Shams, 4 were without pillow cases at all. “Great property very close to FSU. We stayed here for our daughters graduation. Very clean, easy check in, comfy bed. Be aware that the room really only sleeps 2 people as there is only one king bed. The sofa is large and can sleep someone, but it is not a pull out sofa. Anyone extra will sleep on the inflatable bed that is there. It is right next to the Pensacola parking garage which can be very noisy.”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It is so quiet and peaceful. The beach is lovely and perfect for a sunrise stroll with the Pup. The house was clean and really well stocked. Vicky was super fast to respond when we had an internet issue, she came right out with a new modem. The hiking nearby was beautiful and we loved visiting the St. Marks Lighthouse, the Cathedral of Palms trail, and Wakulla Springs State Park (the boat ride is a must!) We saw lots of wildlife from the beach and the 3 decks!……
