"Other than the issue I had with parking, my stay was very good. I’d like to recognize the front desk gentleman, Nick Sr. Not only was Nick courteous and professional, I feel he went beyond to make out stay comfortable. I think his quick thinking actions and demeanor are what all people in the service industry should strive for."

"The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful and it is perfectly situated between Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor to make it super easy for us to walk to all of the activities we had planned. My only feedback is the time it took to purchase things at the market. Even if you’re not getting coffee, you have to wait behind everyone who is ordering and getting their coffee. Took us 20 minutes of waiting to purchase two milks."

"The location was excellent. We were able to park in the neighborhood overnight for free so we didn't have to pay the parking fee. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The rooms were very spacious. The only thing I didn't love were the bathrooms, they looked like they needed a lot of love. The tub was repainted, not well. Caulking was needed around a lot of places. The bathroom just needs a good updating otherwise it was a great stay."
