“接待員態度欠佳，浴室欠佳，沒有電熱水壺。”

“Terrible hotel no hot water not friendly staff”

“房間整淨，鄰近火車站。由於我們很早抵達酒店，員工願為我們盡早打掃退房並安排房間。惟不知道是否洗手間內通風系統問題，一打開浴室門，就傳出一陣 “up”味。幸好通知酒店職員後，很快便處理了。”

“The smell was not good”

“Great place”

“Great location. Host is always here to help.”

“Room cleanness is okay , bath room is old and , rusted corner , and while showering all the bath roam soaked with water , door locks stuck and must be try several times before you manage to open it it needs replacement . As for staff they are friendly but their numbers is low , five to six personnel only only one English spoken , breakfast id’s poor in comparison to other hotels in Istanbul To be fair location and viue is great , specially from rooftop But for me I will not do it again ,……

“We were WOWed the moment we set foot in our Deluxe Sea View apartment. Gorgeous view of the Bosphorus and Asian side of Istanbul. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Easy walk to Taksim Square, tram/funicular, numerous cafes/restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Staying at Ando Living was the best of both worlds—concierge, as in a hotel, but the privacy and independence of staying in a short term rental. We actually extended our……

“Stay first en room 101, right beside the reception. You can hear everything all day and night. Impossible to sleep. Windows all out to a wall. Rooms almost without any thing in it. 1 glas, 2 plates. Need so much make over the place. Got a room at 5 floor. Much more silent, but still, same bad condition. Reception very nice, and do what the can to help, and find stuf you need. Okay for just sleeping, nothing else.”

“The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the restaurants and Galataport. But, it is in an area for party, which music can be heard till at least 1230am during our three nights of stay. The size of the room is good, but as a double room, it only has one makeup chair for people to sit. It lacks useable furniture to improve the staying experience. The staff are generally friendly, but cleaning should be strengthened. We found tiny rubbish at the corner of the room. The shower was also……

“My wife and I stayed at CVK Park Bosphorus for the final night of our anniversary trip to Turkey, and it was the perfect ending. The location is excellent — right by Taksim with beautiful Bosphorus views, and an easy walk to Dolmabahçe Palace. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff were attentive throughout — they even responded to our pre-arrival email the same day with thoughtful anniversary suggestions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything felt……

“1. Superb location at the heart of Istanbul - proximity to tourist locations and transportation 2. Great amenities with the view on Taksim square 3. Large gym, very well equipped and maintained 4. Attentive staff. We had an initial issue with the room, which was solved first thing on the morning.”

“The staff is no doubt passionate and friendly. The room is worth every penny. But the only little drawback is that encountered power shortage a few times in one night during my stays. Overall it still worth 5 stars.”

“Excellent hotel ❤️ Especially their service ”
