“My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.”

“If I could give a -10 rating for our experience with this property I would. They didn't have our reservations, which may possibly not gave been completely their fault, but ZERO COMMUNICATION from any business is unacceptable. We had to spend the first handful of our vacation trying to communicate with them & ultimately had to find other accommodations. No one wants to start off their bucket list trying this way. I would definitely not recommend.”
