“The lady named Tanya was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond doing things for us. The worker the next day, I believe his name was Levi, cleaned our room while we were away. Definitely would stay again.”

“There should be more better breakfast options available and maintain more staff so that guests are not waiting to be checked in we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. But the lady was politely asked for excuse as she was busy. That was acceptable as she was the only person on the front”

“It was nice”

“The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view was immaculate. However the shower was never a consistent temperature as if all the rooms were hooked to the same water. If another room flushed their toilet the water would become scalding. You could hear conversations in the parking lot as if they were talking next to you in your room. I had a pleasant stay just not what I was expecting.”

“I would take a picture of the room and the blankets on the bed every morning of your stay. I got charged $35.00 for taking a blanket that I didn’t take. I called and management would not remove the charge unless I shipped it back. How would I ship it when I don’t have it?”

“Was able to check in early. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent! Would stay again.”

“Wow, only stayed one night but the Grand Beach Resort had everything we needed. The room was large, modern and comfortable with a nice lake view. The bathroom was excellent with a nice tiled walk-in shower which reminded me of those at other 5 star resorts I've stayed at. They have an indoor pool and hot tub which were great. There was plenty of parking, The staff was great and it's close to some good restaurants and a short drive to wineries. The beach area was nice although it was too……

“This condo is part of an old house and has VERY unlevel floors. Your roller bags will roll away. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom could have used an exhaust fan to keep it from getting steamy with showers. The contact people were very responsive when texted. The lake view and balcony was very nice.”

“Toilet has stains and bathtub was very slippery”

“Great place. Good folks working the front desk. Really well located for all the day trips we took, and the beach in the morning was beautiful. I will say that as someone who typically works out daily, the exercise room wasn’t the greatest, but this wasn’t a trip for that… just pure vacation. So it was a good spot.”

“We had the walk out room and the view was amazing”

“Close to shore and to river fishing. Second visit - will book again. Great value.”
