“Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator.
AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.”
