"Absolute perfect stay! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, the views from the rooftop pool were beautiful, the bed/pillows were soo comfy; I slept soundly every night! I am so glad i picked this place, I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. The only downside is that it is located on hill that is quite the workout to get up to if you’re checking out the street markets nearby. Just take a Tuktuk up! Lastly if you can splurge on the room with a swim up pool, do it! Nothing was better than coming back from a hot day worth of activities and being able to just cool off right outside our room. "

"A beautiful Thai themed hotel. Amazing property. So beautiful. So well cared for. We had a Baray Villa with own pool and canal with bar. Wow. Highly recommend! Palatial! Excellent restaurant and nice buffet breakfast. Kind staff. Shuttle to beach. Bring big spray to Phuket. Air at hotel super strong. Nothing negative to speak of!."

"The resort was better than expected. Looked better in person than the pictures which isn't often the case. However, what made this place special is the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, hospitable, and nice. The only complaint I had were the noise between the rooms. My room had a door for an adjoining room option. However, since it's a door way, you could hear all the noise from the other room when they spoke or when the television was on. We went to bed early but we heard our neighbors come back to their room which was a bit irritating. Nonetheless, that didn't ruin the hotel because everything else was beautiful and well run with a team of people that were very pleasing. "

"It’s far from the beach and tourist area unless you take a rescheduled shuttle or rent a grab/bolt taxi. Good price, great food. Polite staff. Beautiful little pool, family/couple private calm style accommodation. "

"Our room was not available for the first night so they placed us in another resort which had nice views but away from the crowds. Happy to get back to the hotel we booked closer to shops. Staff were great. "

"Suite itself is beautiful. Location is a little difficult. Coming and going or waiting for a golf cart was a little inconvenient since we have a party of four and they max at 3 passengers. Definitely do not pack heels unless you have your ride service come straight to lobby every time. Even though room is beautiful there a few cleaning items that were not five star and a little wear and tear showing. There were someone else’s falsie lashes on the black matt in master bathroom. Pimple patches melted down on coffee table. Found it kind of gross to continue to find things left behind from previous guests. "
