“Dar Pyramids has a fantastic view of pyramids. Rooms are nice. However the highlight is the staff and how friendly and warm and welcoming they are. They offer favours and will always make sure you are taken care of. The service and attention was better than some high end resorts. ”

“Once I arrived they "lost my reservation and was full up" gave the run around the whole time. Put us up in different hotel with was not the quality that I paid for said that they would have room for the last 3 day of my 9 night stay. (I was having alot of dental work done and this was a major problem and interfered with it getting done). On day of when they said they would have our rooms they told use they did not and we needed to find a new place to stay. I have been to egypt many times and……

“Ich habe zwei Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Zu Beginn war ich in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster, dass ich nach einer Woche gewechselt habe und danach ein Fenster hatte. Jedoch hatte man den Straßenlärm von draußen. Für mich war es eher weniger ein Problem, denn die Aussicht auf die Pyramiden war wundervoll. Das tägliche Frühstück war auf der Dachterrasse, und bei Wünschen wurde mir weitergeholfen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jedoch würde ich mir wünschen, dass jeder so gut……

“Had a lovely short stay at the hotel. The staff were very curteous and helpful and would go beyond to assist. Got a free transfer to the hotel. Fascinating view of the pyramids while in the rooftop pool or having a meal or even from my room. And it’s 1/10th of the price of the hotel where I initially intended to. It looked empty and I’m sure services would improve if it was busy.”
