"The pool area and grounds are very nice. The rooms/beds are old and could use some updates. It was more like staying in a temporary dorm room with bunk beds than a hotel room. The continental breakfast was OK. They do have a Starbucks coffee machine available 24 hours. The shower got hot with plenty of water pressure. The AC worked great. The toilet was almost up againt the shower so that may be a problem for some people. NYAH is in a great location and within walking distance of Duval street. Would stay again."

"Been coming here for years and boy has it changed they let the place go big time. Will not be staying there again. We never saw a house Services the full time we were there our trash was overflowing. There is no room at the pool and no towels at pool . Despite the frequent travelers, there are a room that face a cement wall we checked out early I couldn’t take it."
