The listed price is for the unit with one bedroom and includes access to a private beach and other amenities. If you need a second bedroom, were happy to adjust the price based on your budget and the number of guests. Enjoy a cozy retreat in paradise on gulf side of the Florida Keys where endless sunsets are cherished, Near John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park "The Diving Capital of the World" offering snorkeling tours and beach area. Cottage is perfect for those seeking to relax and take in the island lifetime! Excellent restaurants and attractions nearby. Enjoy this Cozy manufactured home maintained in excellent condition! The property had only one previous owner who used it only three months out of the year! That is why it's immaculate condition. Excellent location just three blocks from the boat ramp with Tiki Hut and Pier. Private Beach and secund boat ramp are on the other side of the Village only for renters and owners, we will provide our guests a magnetic card to have common areas access, $300 refundable deposit will be necessary to have it in case the card is lost or stolen . The property is just two blocks from the mall where you can enjoy supermarkets, restaurants, liquor store, Library. We have two security cameras in front of the Property. Golf Cart is available for an extra charge in case you want to use it.
