“Staff was not readily available. Needs more updating. Had ants on arrival. Didn't like spending my time constantly smelling weed from adjacent room. Breakfast was decent. Happy hour was ok. Convenient location to Duval.”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.”

“It was fine. The negatives were a very small shower with inadequate water pressure. The room was small but fine if you are only there to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the small refrigerator was nice. The shared balcony again was fine. The poor and surrounding area was not kept clean of leaves and dirt. Overall, fine but the conditions and amenities did not support the price of the room.”
