She was quick to answer any messages.The condo is in a good location as far as ameneties and, also, the complex is gated and you need a code to enter. The area seems very safe.”

“This property was surprisingly affordable for a 2B/2b townhome. The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable.……

It was our first time in Florida and this only made it better! The place was so cute and thought out, Chris put so much time and love into decorating this beautiful mini home, we really dreaded having to leave!
