“Only stay one night but was good. Kids used the pool & there were plenty of towels. Didn't go to casino or use their other amenities but the room was nice. ”

“The Lodge is NOT at Cliff Castle Casino—something they don’t make clear. We waited nearly an hour to check in, only to find out our room was in a separate building. When I asked where it was, the staff just said “800 feet away” and pointed, clearly annoyed. No map, no directions, no explanation that the lobby there was closed. When we found The Lodge, the door was locked with a sign saying closed, and there were no instructions on how to access the second floor rooms. Confusing, frustrating,……

“We live there for 2 night, the room is good but the ceiling fan is too old to use and one line drop off when i use it. The owner didn’t refund me deposit because of the drop off steel line…so crazy. ”

“Everything was wonderful.Even the bed was comfortable except for the bed was extremely loud. Every time he rolled over the bed. Made such a creaking sound Every time you got on or off the bed, it made such a loud sound. They need to change the box spring underneath the mattress, but the bed was comfortable, and everything else was wonderful”

“Laundry was good. Swimming pool was awesome. Location with moutain view is incredible.”

“The unit is new, clean and honestly pretty spacious! But the only downside is the internet is painfully slow even when paying for it, i was needing to do some work while staying here and had to go offsite to get any decent connection. Otherwise this place is great”
