Villas in Kiln

Great location.

A very cool, modern version of an old school motel. It even has a pool right in the middle of the parking lot. Room and bathroom were very clean. I recommend staying here. Free bike rentals are included.

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome and the room and all the facilities were great. The positioning of the property is right next to restaurants and shopping but all that said it was quiet and tranquil and the pool area was very relaxing. Will definitely be visiting again in the not too distant future.

Perfect quiet. Amenties were good

Close to restaurants and bars and of course the beach. Stayed in both the house and the cottage, both great.

Amazing stay

The rooms were clean, it was quite, and the people were nice and helpful. Also the seafood restaurant was in the same parking lot that is very reasonable and we could easily walk to it. We have stayed there many times and haven't been disappointed yet. We would highly recommend this place and will stay there whenever we can. It is also close to interstate, fishing and more.

I like that it had a microwave. The room was clean and comfortable.

The outside of the property was very nice. They had a pool in the center of the property that was easily accessible to everyone. Each unit had its own air conditioner, which got very cold. Definitely a plus for me. Each unit also had an instant water heater. When you walk in, there’s a living room area, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink, plus a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the rainforest shower head, but that’s just personal...

Very good

Love it

Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. Would stay here again

It was very nice clean rooms great view and a good breakfast loved my stay wish I could have stayed longer

We have family in the area so we have to come to Picayune at least annually. For the past 7 years we have stayed at the Holiday-Inn Express. We chose it the first time because it was a relatively new hotel, so we felt that it would meet our standards. And boy did it. So now it is our place to stay when we are in town. Along with visiting family, one thing we always look forward to is eating at Southen Char on Canal Street. It and the hotel will keep you coming back for years.

The inside and outside of this property is very well maintained. The room was very clean, the staff is amazing and the breakfast was great. Will absolutely stay here again

Fantastic hotel. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Hotel was very nice and quiet. In relation to the casinos, very close. Good food choices near. Impressed with the room compared to previous Super 8's! Great job, reasonable prices, thank you!

It was beautiful, and the price was great, The staff was very nice.

Decent stay for the price
