"Everybody enjoyed the stay. Check-in is smooth, owner even gave us early check-in so we could put our frozen items earlier. Location is 7 minutes from Walmart, and accessible to many restaurants in the area. Car access uses QR code and very convenient to pass the main gate entrance. Parking is restricted to 5 cars, but have additional parking at the Clubhouse. House facilities is what is advertised, with 2 large refrigerators, 2 sets of washer/dryer, which is good for large family gatherings....

This house is in a great central location for all the major Orlando activities - Universal, various Disney parks, Legoland, etc. Legoland is just under and hour away but the Disney parks are all within 25 minutes or less. The house offers 4 bedrooms each en-suites so everyone in the family has their own space. The pool, hot tub, and BBQ in the backyard coupled with game room (garage conversion) make for great quality down time after all the busy activities. One bedroom...

"Family had a wonderful vacation. Listing is very accurate. Had a minor problem with the refrigerator. They sent someone within an hour. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more forks and a some big bowls. Otherwise they have everything you need. Would definitely book this home again! We had 14 people plenty of room for everyone."

"Wow what a amazing view this property has. We enjoyed the wildlife and the birds flying in and out of the lake. I could have sat and watched them all day. The home was very spacious, pool and hot tub was perfect for our family as well. Communication with Donna was top notch. Beds were comfy, everything we needed was there. I really felt at home. "nd quiet. Nobody bothering you the pool was amazing and heated the jacuzzi whew amazing lol. I will definitely book again when I visit. The view is also so nice in the backyard seeing the water. Option to even use the boat but I was scared of alligators lol so I stayed on shore. It’s an amazing quiet place. Even slept in a couple times due to the quietness and not knowing it was day time lol. Definitely an amazing birthday trip"
