"The hotel location was very good, haram 5-8 minute walk. The housekeeping staff was very good. Cleaned our room every day, gave us fresh towels as well as water. Bellboys were good. When we called them to take up/down luggage, came straight away. We did not use other services such as breakfast, laundry so can't comment. A laungry shop was 2 minutes away as well as money exchange. "

"Food was really nice,with a lot of options in the buffet. We had a king suite which was nice and spacious. Staff were very nice and approachable. We dod experience one issue in that we noticed some bed bug bites. We did not see any bed bugs ourselves but we reported it nonetheless. Special mention goes to Riyaz Haniffa who came to resolve. He arranged for all our luggage to be transferred to another more superior room suite with fantastic views and arranged for complementary refreshments for the inconvenience. It was good to see that they take hygeine concerns so seriously. Stayed at this hotel twice now and would definitely return in future."

"I had a wonderful stay at Address Jabal Omar. The staff were incredibly respectful and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was so polite and professional, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Even at the reception, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled with great courtesy. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and elegant, a perfect combination for a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!"

"Well I would love to share my experience and I know it will be a weird one . What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah الاصول الماسيه a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ? Expedia or the hotel .so the 5 starts rating is not for Retaj Alhayat it is for the other one and the manager "
