"Staff in kitchen were amazing, First room toilet running , second room toilet seat cover broken,tv remote doesn’t work, the is no guide for tv, heat in room Not working blows cold air . It was 20 degrees outside . "

"Place was packed. Pool looked but much too small for that many guests. In the room, the heater fan was incredibly loud to the point you could not sleep over it. Also had a foul burning smell. So slept with no heat all night. Pillows were small and not very supportive. Did not know how to turn shower on. Had to turn and pull out faucet after looking it up. Very old fashioned and should have at least been mentioned since not.obvious. Breakfast though was great and a major highlight"
