"The office called my room at 11 when I was asleep. Then at 9 am the for alarm goes off and everyone is clueless as to what’s going on. Will likely not be staying there again. Can’t believe management isn’t going to do anything for a refund or discount "

"The toilet ran all night the phone to call the front desk in the room didn’t work the ice machine was hard to locate and the room had a minor any problem "

"Hotel was clean, standard breakfast, decent pool... The beds are incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable, there's no elevator, and there was either a herd of elephants in the room above us or the hotel is made of cardboard. I asked the staff multiple times to ask the other guests to stop running and stomping above us but it didn't stop until hours later when I assume they passed out from exhaustion. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone hoping for a restful night of sleep on a comfortable bed.. better luck somewhere else!"
