“For a solo traveler, I would actually recommend this hotel but you have to understand it is very much tied to the local beach culture and it might not be a fit for more upscale travelers. It's disappointing in a way because the staff are so nice and friendly and helpful, but they shouldn't be having to make up for the absolute lack of care that the current ownership shows in taking care of the property. “I wish the staff were more friendly and helpful. I couldn’t get the wifi passcode. I didn’t go with very high expectations but I didn’t get great sleep due to the a/c being extremely noisy. The room also smelled like strong cleaner when arrived. I will not stay at this property again and would only recommend it if you are strictly looking for a bed and shower.”
