"Stayed in room 617 for 2 nights, AC wasn't working the first night, staff brought us fans which helped. AC was fixed subsequent night. Overall stay was ok."

"Our AC in the room didn't work during 90+ weather. Staff pretty much ignored this issue, saying they would have someone come look at it. Refused to move us rooms saying it was an issue in the whole hotel (my in-law's room AC was fine.) Multiple other people also complain or checked out over their AC issue. Finally, on night three we demanded someone come look at it with us in the room. Maintenance immediately found a hole in a pipe once it was opened proving no one looked at it while we were out like they said. Maintenance said the room was unrentable and went to talk to the front desk finally getting us a new room for our final night! The whole inside of the AC looked like as if it was only held together with duct tape. When I would try calling the front desk the phone would just ring until it disconnected everytime. Some of the elevators were not working. Worst hotel I've stayed at. We had our three small kids with us, including an infant, who we had to have stay in my in-law's room because the room was unbearable. "

"At check-in, William was personable & professional and called after I was settled in to confirm I had everything needed. Room was spacious and spotless! Keurig coffee machine was appreciated as well as refrigerator. Missed having a microwave a little. Loved the two light options in bathroom, one very bright and one dimmer. Powerful water pressure and hot water in shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent accommodations! "

"I was assigned to a room, and upon entering, I noticed that the hand soap had already been used, and two of the towels were hung. I asked the front desk agent to provide another room, which he did. Thank you."

"Being up to the hotel is made from an existing grain storage building it is like a concrete bunker. It is neat in its own right a little claustrophobic for some. The only downside is the trains they went by quite frequently even though they said they wouldn't have night time they were running well past midnight and as early as 5:00 in the morning"
