“Clean stay few times”

“Not what i expected”

“Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo.”

“Service was great and facility is beautiful but the rooms have a strong smell of humidity and the sheets feel as if they are wet due to the high level of humidity”

“All was good. One of the cleaning staff did not have the best attitude. If you knock for 12 check in and it’s not quite 12 yet, maybe wait and give a grace period of 10-15 minutes. All other staff were great.”

“I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room……

“Cafeteria staff rude, food was not good”

“Amazing and beautiful spot in the city center. Everything is close by and the neighborhood is very vibrant.”

“Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too.”

“The property is lovely, featuring ample lighting and attractive communal spaces. Its location is ideal for walking throughout the entire colonial zone. The room is very clean; it is somewhat small, but still suitable for sleeping.”

“Love this place , it’s close to every thing around La zona colonial. They have a Restaurant on the rooftop which was very convenient, food was really good and service was excellent. General manager at the hotel was very nice .”
