“The place is small and the deck was great overlooking the lake, but only accessible thru the bedroom which was only accessible by a small spiral stairwell. We could not get our suitcases up the stairwell which was too tight. There is great outdoor space, but we went in the winter and it was too cold to enjoy it all. Bed linens were great but towels were small and too few. ”

“I spent my birthday at Lago Vista. Amanda South is a generous host, and despite the issues that came up, she confronted them head on and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.The house was beautiful, simple, and modern. It had many mirrors, which turned my 2 cats into 8 and gave me the feeling that I've become one of those crazy cat ladies with lots of cats. That was a fun experience.The neighboorhood was a quiet one, the lake was just a few blocks away--within walking distance. A guest……

“This was not as advertised. There isn't a safe path to the water, and once you get there it looks post-apocolyptic at best thanks to the alligator gar skeletons and murky water. Also, this says it sleeps 4, but there's only a full size bed in the corner of the room. So it sleeps 2 uncomfortably close. We left shortly after we arrived.”

“This was a great little house with direct access to the lake. There are stairs inside the house. The outside covered area was an excellent space for meals. One king bed and two twin bunk beds. The view is exactly what I wanted. it was a nice break from life. ”
