“Nice, clean motel with decent size rooms
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished
The lady at the reception was not helpful. I did show her the room description that I booked on Expedia which was mountain side. Her reply " This is Expedia problem, not our". I could see from the parking that many mountain side rooms are available !
The motel is right on the 5 freeway. The noise is much less on the mountain side.
Noise is the main issue with this motel. But other than this,……

“There are two components of this homey, small motel, one a beige two story building, the other a green one story. Considering the population of Frazier Park is under 3,000 people, I felt lucky to have gotten with no notice. Their Amnenties make the somewhat ramshackle rooms feel much more comfortable. The TV was top notch. There's several long term residents, & limited parking on the premises, but no shortage of it on the streets surrounding it. Despite its worn appearance & hideous curtains,……
