“Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning.”

“This holiday apartment was very dated, dark, and had a damp smell. The pull-out sofa was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible for anyone to get a good night’s sleep. The walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything from our neighbors, including footsteps, and toilets flushing. As a family with a young child, we felt like we had spent three days in an assisted living facility rather than a vacation resort. The staff in the main office were friendly, but unfortunately, that is……

“Good location, beautiful inn. We had a claw tub with hand held shower only. Breakfast was delicious and great choices. Roo. Temp easy to adjust. No USB plugs or convenient outlet near bed. TV was rather small on a dresser. Two nice chairs in room. Good space overall.”

The location was convenient to Great Barrington. Breakfast was different from other hotels but was excellent”

“This cabin has absolutely everything you can think of!! Shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, cutlery, towels, bug spray, firewood, fans, AC, even a car charger!! I was a little worried because I didn’t connect with the property manager but I had received all the check in information I needed. Absolutely no worries needed! Check in and check out was totally seamless.”
