“Friendly staff. Nice location”

“Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as expected. It wasn't filthy, but there was food debris in the sink drain, crumbs in the drawers, and hair in the shower. My bigger concern was a water leak in one of our rooms (Room 120). It appeared to be an ongoing issue rather than something that had just occurred. When I reported a puddle of water outside our door, the front desk staff responded by mopping it up, but this only left the floor more slippery. The following day, I spoke with another……

“service is good, front desk people are very nice, very helpful. room is clean.”

“Nice quiet motel very near the interstate. Easy to find, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a bathtub instead of only a shower!”

“The pool was the only reason this hotel was chosen; all other hotels with pools were booked. Upon arrival, people were sitting outside and the pool was out of order. Should be required to list any amenities that are not usable on booking site.”
