“Whoever took the pictures of this space are pros. Unit is located in the worst neighborhood I could imagine. Property is fenced in (for the owner) you have to park on the street where your car would most likely get broken into. The bed is a thin futon, smaller than a full bed. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Dryer was not functioning. Definitely not worth the price. This unit would only be an alternative to a hostel”

“Stayed for weekend trip. It was very clean and comfortable with most things appearing updated. The gated parking was a nice bonus and the yard was quite roomy. The neighborhood was quiet and we did not have any issues. It's close to highways and we found some nice cafes and coffee spots near by.The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would happily stay again. Thanks. ”
