“The cleaning service could be more thorough”

“FYI they painted the outside of the hotel so it is no longer orange, it is now dark gray. The photos of the rooms are also not the same. Parking is in the alley behind the hotel underneath in a parking garage. It is LOUD - heavy traffic on Collins and lots of sirens and horns all day and night. That being said, the suite itself was equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full beds, one bathroom, a pull out sofa and a small dining area. The main areas of the hotel were clean but the rooms could be a……

“We had a great time at this property. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating! They even offered a special gift for my little daughter’s birthday! This is our go to place when we come visit Miami.”

“Always a wonderful stay and location….. tell no one;) Although they have been working on their elevators for years, and always seemed surprised by their own menu changes, - this is a must stay place. We like it and seem to stay multiple times each year.”
