"This house was so comfortable and well-stocked for a long stay. Laura was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. We loved the back yard deck with furniture and an awning. It was a great place to hang out, relax and observe nature. The location was great too, with easy access to C-470, Wadsworth and downtown Littleton. Grocery store, restaurants and shops were nearby. Fabulous stay - highly recommend."

"It was a good place, with a large, well – stocked kitchen, dining area, and couch, coffee table, and TV sitting area. It was nice to have a garage, but fairly awkward to get in and out of it, and it is not big enough for a truck or large SUV. Very attentive host. I will stay there again next time I visit my son, who lives close by."

We had a clogged drain that they had fixed quickly and completely. The owners were delightful and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and had breakfast items available. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Great hotel lobby bar and we loved the outdoor pool. We took advantage of it during the day and at night! The valet customer service was excellent! My only Criticism which is a big one and will prevent me from staying again at the Sonesta are the elevators! They were rough. Hard to maneuver, slow and I got stuck in one for just a minute or so, I was alone with two men that were strangers when this happened on the elevator and it was awful. If this hotel invested in modern, efficient elevators, it would have gotten a 5 star review from me. Other guests at the hotel would often make conversation with me about how bad the elevators were while riding them…I think it is an important improvement to consider."
