“Really only had one issue. The room we had was the closest to the karaoke pit and it was super loud until 10pm. You couldn't even make a phone call in the room. Staff did move us to a different room at the other end of the complex and it was fine over there. Just something to ask about when you book the room in case you need it to be a bit quiet for business/personal calls, watching TV, or whatever. Other than that it's a fun place to hang out. Beautiful views, great activities, etc.”

“The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong. Our biggest complaint is that we tried to book the all-inclusive when we arrived at the resort and we were told we had to pre-book that. We booked within……

“Beautiful local hotel in the middle of the mountains. We stayed a couple of nights during a family trip and it was great. You will be surrounded by nature and the sounds of Puerto Rico country side. The food at the restaurant was amazing, it is pet friendly and the staff was very attentive. My wife did not like the drive through the curvy mountains roads to reach it, but is worth it.”

“Where do I start? It's a hidden gem. The best kept secret. The staff was amazing Deymalie, Lillian and Christian went far above our expectations! They were courteous, professional and so very friendly. The villa was so romantic and cozy. Everything super clean !
