“The room is clean, and the property is well-maintained. The room pictures matched the actual room. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. (Dear Expedia, please PAY ATTENTION to this.) However, the one thing I'm concerned about is when the host messaged me after we checked out, asking for my email address and the last 4 digits of my credit card without stating the purpose, which had never happened before. I found it very alarming and shady, and……

“空調不能自選，由中央直接控制，所以有過熱情況出現，我一共住四個晚上，正好第三天，沒有岀去，見到職員，是這樣整理床舖及枕頭，他把枕頭及被全放在地上，鋪好床單再把被及枕頭放回床上，只是整理，並沒有換枕頭套及床單被鋪，所以第四天，我選擇keep privacy, 不用打掃，避免枕頭被鋪再丢到地上，再污染多一次”

“The room rent was value for money. There was no staff at the reception during my entire stay, checking in was pretty tedious. They send a code in the email. No reply to calls or messages. Breakfast was good”

“We booked one night over the weekend and we got a message on Wednesday evening saying the hotel could not accommodate us. We’ve been trying to contact the hotel to issue the refund and reached out to the expedia team and they’ve sent a request to process the refund but the hotel doesn’t not answer nor do they respond. We ended up having to pay more for the last minute change for our weekend and this was no ideal and very inconvenient.”

“Good value. We had a wonderful stay at The Como Hotel in Vancouver’s West End while I was in town on a business trip, and my teen daughter tagged along. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, but Concierge Arabella deserves a special mention. She always had a smile on her face and truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience while I was working. She helped arrange an e-bike, recommended fantastic restaurants, and suggested lots of……

“1. Clean and nice room. 2. Good location. Besides park, also close to supermarket, drug store, and restaurants. 3. Not luggage and stroller friendly from front door nor basement garage. There are stairs.”

“看到網站上照片而選擇住宿的 入住流程方便，app介面也很容易使用 算是bnb的一種，想要洗衣服要到樓下 但沒有提供換零錢機 打算在app內跟客服請求幫忙，原本客服也回應可以的 但到最後都沒有幫上忙換零錢，只好在附近便利店解決 浴室很方便，但有點污垢，介意的人要留意 沒有洗碗機，周邊方便”
