“The pool was half full of green slime, not crystal clear as the photos showed. Half of the rooms were torn up getting renovated. The continental breakfast was laughable. On the positive side, our room was acceptable though the bedspread was stained. The renovation of the bathroom was sloppy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed felt like a mattress pad had been placed on top of a piece of plywood. No cups or drinking glasses in the room. The staff was indifferent and drywall……

“By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”

“This property is in the middle of construction. One of the rooms we were given was not prepared bed standing against wall. But got another room. Wasn't bad and felt safe.”

“We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.”
