A fabulous experience from start to finish, the staff are professional and charming, the building a delight, rooms well designed and equipped, quiet and comfortable .Food and drinks generous and delicious.Our sizeable family celebration lunch party was well looked after, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Looking forward to returning soon!

Great hotel. Clean, convenient and good service. Spa is good but no whirlpool and small saunas. Room decor is best in class with everything you could need. Great hearty and quality breakfast. Wonderful Christmas trip to Claridges

Wonderful family stay, couldn’t have been more accommodating for babies. Hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The spa is lovely and great to have in central London as extra treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
