The door of the hotel room was broken and we are locked outside the room without out luggage. The manager promised us to refund one night because we cant get into the room for nearly 5 hours, and we only have a second-hand room on morning 4am, without cleaning the room, bad conditions. But then the manager reject to refund the night (more than 90EUR). We have asked couple times if we need the certificate for it, and they said no. So angry and disappointed for booking this hotel. The location is pretty far from Victoria Station, around 12 minutes walk, and you have to check in with the hotel across the street. 2\. The towel they provided is very dirty, the towel was somehow yellowish, with stains. 3\. There is no lifts, so beaware if you are carrying big luggges. 4\. The room is extremely small, you can only open one suitcase, and after you open it, you can't open the door. 5\. There is no chair in the room. 6\. Even though they said the provide "complimentary luggage storage", they leave it at the open space of the hotel, at a corner inside the hotel, where anyone could have saily taken the luggage. If you want them to tag the luggage and take it inside, it's 2.5 pound per piece. 7\. The pillow was really flat, as if you were sleeping directly on the bed. 8\. The receptionist was very unfriendly, only the luggage guy was friendly. 9\. The check out time is strictly 10:30, they charged 10 pounds per hour. The bathroom door broken in second night and hurt our arm and leg. Their is no service to hep us to clean our wound. They need us to paid GBP 100 for the bathroom door when we check out. It's crazy. Don't go this hotel. I can't imagine that their door hurt us without any help from the hotel and we need to paid the door's fees. It's crazy and horriable hotel.They told us that if we are not pay we can leave the hotel. The rooms are filthy!!! It starts with the stairs leading to your room that need to be vacuumed. The bathroom was gross-the top of the toilet was clearly not cleaned. The shower doors were wiped but not clean. The bedroom itself was also gross-the counter space with the kettle needs to be wiped clean, the bed is OLD and the bed is made with a top sheet and there is no mattress cover. The mattress is old and clearly dirty with crumbs and gross stuff from not using proper bedding. The pillowcase has yellowed. The walls throughout the room are gross and need washing. The power fixture next to the bed is loose. The full length mirror was dirty. Guests check in at all hours and it is loud. You can hear everything from your neighbours. Point de vigilance : Salle d'eau.... WC dans le lavabo.... très compliqué pour les personnes de plus d' 1m20.... Sinon la douche est propre et OK en taille.
