Long Island City Condominium Resorts to Rent

Very good

Loved the parking situation! Even if all the spaces on site are full, there's a garage across the street with very similar pricing.

I was VERY IMPRESSED with this hotel. What stood out is how clean the property is, and the friendly and helpful staff. You can tell the place is very well maintained….there was always someone tidying up the lobby and the patio. I should mention that the hallways and elevators were also clean. My room was spacious, comfy, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and convenient to the train station ( 1 1/2 block away). I was traveling alone so safety was very important to me. A huge...

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Very centrally located. Amazing staff and clean. My go to place for New York

For the price point & location, this property is great despite small rooms & showers.

This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...

Absolutely love this hotel! Staff is very friendly. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Shelley was AMAZING and very helpful. Definitely made the stay better.

Jose was so helpful. Ordered my cab for an early departure and was there early in the morning to help me with my bags into the cab. Great service. I'll stay there again!

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

Great location and facility

Water filling station in hallway was a first.

They were so friendly always greeted you very clean place right up the road from the subways. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect. Hotel in New York and they also hold your bag for you. After you check out, I love that

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were checked in quickly. The rooms, though small, are smartly designed. Bulky luggage can be stowed on the roll-out shelf under the bed, and the bedside table has a slide-out shelf to accommodate your laptop. Even though you're in midtown, the hotel's updated windows help block annoying street noise. The funky design elements are amusing, and the overall cleanliness of this hotel is the cherry on top.

Perfect location, easy check in and out, clean rooms.
