Stylish San Fernando Stay with Designer Kitchen Upgrade

This home is located on one of the most sought-after streets in San Fernando—just minutes from the Metrolink and within a 20–30 minute drive to many of Los Angeles’ top attractions. It’s the perfect spot for families or groups looking to relax and explore all that LA has to offer!

Please note, there is a separate guest unit located behind the main house. Guests staying in that unit access it via the side gate and porch, ensuring privacy for all.

A charcoal grill is available for your use—just bring your own charcoal and enjoy!

This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that there be no parties, loud gatherings, or excessive noise.

The city of San Fernando has its own police department, and they are known for being responsive and attentive to any concerns.

We want to reassure future guests that a licensed pest management company inspected the home and confirmed there is no infestation. The roach seen was an American roach, which can occasionally enter through sinks in spring. We had the pest control spray the perimeter of the house, which is a preventative treatment to avoid future issues.

Additionally, our HVAC company identified a burnt wire, which has been repaired. It was a routine maintenance issue, and we don’t expect any further A/C problems.

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful home to come to every evening after a busy day of site seeing. The bedroom are very spacious and roomy for comfort. There is plenty of restaurant and shopping near by as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Overall, this property was wonderful. Incredible kitchen and patio. Three great bedrooms and 2bathrooms. If there was one thing I could recommend it would be reading lamps in each of the bedrooms.

Beautiful Home and stay

This house was beautiful and spacious for my big family. Kids loved the backyard space also. Neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Definitely recommend this place for any family with kids!

20th Anniversary get-together

The house is beautiful and clean, with great hangout spaces: a dining area near the amazing kitchen, a comfy living room, and the patio. Checking in was a breeze, and the owner was responsive to questions during our stay. I hope to stay here again for future reunion-style get-togethers.

Great Stay

Overall it was a great experience. I think it would have been nice to have the house cooled down prior to us coming as it was 116 degrees outside, it was around 90 degrees inside the house. I also would have liked updated pictures because in one of the pictures it had a trampoline outside, when we got there it did not and one of the reasons we booked. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked and beds were comfy. Would stay again. 😊

Worked out great for us!

We had a nice stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The light switches were hard to find the first day - but no big deal. We were looking forward to the hot tub mentioned but we could not see one anywhere - unless you call the jetted tub a "hot tub". But overall, the neighborhood was quite, it was clean and well kept and it suited our needs for a quick trip to SoCal!

Cant wait to book again!

What an amazing house and host. Kitchen was fantastic. We were all on a working trip and there was plenty of workspace for all of us. I feel guilty that we didnt utilize the outdoor space because it was lovely. Comfortable beds. Comfortable space. Great communication from the host and impeccably clean. Next time I'm in this area, definitely rebooking.

Daisy & Her team were exceptional in their communicating & very helpful. I loved the placards on the walls & The kitchen area was warm and friendly and perfect for entertaining. We wish there was a few more towels & toiletries..wish there was some seating in the MBR. Since the bed was high, it was hard to sit down and get dressed. And we wish the beds and the other 2 bedrooms were larger for adult guests. Patio & Yard area was spectacular excellent for outdoor dining and gathering

The house was perfect for our vacation, the only thing is the guest house in the back, they would have to go through our patio while we were cooking and hanging out to get to their house, there was no private entrance. But all an all the house was great

The stay was amazing. The host was very responsive. The door lock didn’t work at some point but the host tried her best to send someone to repair it. The overall house is beautiful ! The living room is less luminous then I thought but honestly it worth more then the price !! I loved this house

Read the description carefully!

The property was nice but make sure you read the description. There is a guest house on the property and guests were staying there both nights. Seeing them coming and going was a bit off putting and the entrance used for the guest house went right through the great outdoor patio area. Needless to say, we felt awkward about using the outdoor area and stayed inside rather than enjoying the covered patio. I learned a lesson that you need to carefully read the description of the property. Having other people traipsing through the area you thought you rented really puts a damper on enjoying the house you rented.

PLEASE Read this before you book.

I truly had high hopes for this listing. The kitchen is recently renovated and beautiful, but there are a PLETHORA of issues with the property that the owner clearly refuse to permanently fix, like the A/C unit.Pros: - The property manager, Yvonne, was very pleasant and responsive. She does want you to have a good stay. - Location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with convenient access to highways and major LA attractions. Cons:- Roaches! We found multiple roaches in the kitchen sink / bathrooms on our first and last nights. Tons of leftover food and open pantry items. - The house has several electrical issues. Half the switches dont work/taped over. Lights flicker. - A/C is not functional. The unit clearly has low freon/has been overworked, owner wont fix it. (reviews on A/C issues go back to 2022). You cant "leave it on for long periods of time" (found out, more than a few hours?????) They can and will shut the unit off regardless who is inside. We had to sleep in an 86-90 degree house.- Main Bedroom door gets stuck, one guest bedroom door is cut off on the top and bottom(???) No privacy. - While they disclose the fuest house, privacy is awkward and they dont tell you when people are checking in. Kids were screaming on our patio and woke us up from sleeping.- There's a bunch of sticky notes everywhere instead of a step by step house manual. If so many instructions are needed to use the house, it seems like major improvements need to be made before this is

Nice updates, but not as described (NO HOT TUB!!)

The property was nicely updated and spacious, but we were disappointed that there was no hot tub (but it was listed on the website) and there was a long list of cleaning tasks upon checkout. We messaged the manager when we arrived about no hot tub (why was it on the listing?) and damage in one of the bathrooms, but never received a response. The manager ignored our message and even took time to remind us about the long cleaning checkout tasks (strip all bedding and start a load of laundry, remove all trash, start dishwasher, turn of all heat, etc). They did not even acknowledge that the listing was inaccurate. I think they meant the house had a BATHTUB, but it was hot a hot tub (which are outside and a big selling point for people staying). This entire thing could have been avoided with an accurate listing and a response from the manager.

Splendid Home Away

The home, location, layout, and amenities were all perfect! The kitchen was a joy for cooking and working remotely. The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. The neighborhood was pleasant and perfectly situated for any destination. Moreover, the host was very accommodating to our scheduling needs.

The pictures make it look good

The house and property are older. Light switches are in odd locations, but once you find them, you're good to go.There are sticky notes with reminders all over the house.The kitchen has been recently renovated and is beautiful. One of the bedroom doors has been cut-out at the top and bottom. There is no door on the master bathroom and the toilet is in direct view of the bed.The towels were in the hall closet. They were not matching sets. Closets had curtains over them with personal belongings within.Bedrooms have lights shining into the windows. Not pleasant for sleeping, but I'm sure better for safety of the property.When talking to a local about the area of town, she was afraid to go there at night.I did not feel unsafe, but I also would not feel comfortable walking around by myself. It was quiet, however, and close to restaurants.The backyard was large with patio space.Washer and dryer are outside. You are expected to strip the beds and wash your linens.If taking family, I think it is a good choice. For my coworker's and my needs, I would not choose to stay again.

Amazingly Peaceful

My family and I booked this for a very low-key celebration of my father's 75th birthday, and just to spend time with him. It was such a beautiful space. The kitchen was amazing and great for cooking. The rooms were great. I appreciated all of the little touches that made it feel so homey. Thank you!
