Worst hotel ever. Expedia should remove this hotel from their website as it is spoling your reputation. I just stayed for one day and left next morning as I reached at 1 am. I didn’t get option to stay anywhere else same night otherwise I would have not even spent a night. The A/C was not working. They didn’t even had fans. Had to spent a night with no fan no ac and we (my 4 year old daughter, my wife and myself) could hardly sleep as it was so hot that night. Even if someone ask me stay in this hotel for free, I would never. Please avoid this hotel.

Perfect quick stay after my daughter’s long cheer camp weekend. Definitely returning, was really hoping to use the jacuzzi & dine at steakhouse but unfortunately they are both out of service

Stayed 3 nights at Vanllee. The property is right next to freeway. There are people constantly roaming around the parking lot( not security but low lifes). People in their cars sitting for hours? Drug deal or prostitution. People wait by the locked gate just waiting for you to go in so they can access the property. The breakfast is a complete joke. It appears that people are living at the Vanllee long term as their are balconies with items that only tenants would have. There are even abandoned cars in the parking lot. This hotel would be best served burned to the ground.

The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming and always ready to help with any problem or questions you may have. I love coming to the Vanllee it's cozy and a nice place to escape too. I recommend the vannllee to any traveler looking for a decent place to stay with affordable rates.

First off, the welcoming at the front desk was poor. I walk in and waiting for one of the two men to acknowledge me, only for them to just stare at each other and just silently questioning WHO is gonna help me, in the end wasn't great service. When I got to my room, the door lock was not secured to the door. It felt like someone could easily rip it off with bit of force. My look around the room only to further my disappointment. The window sill was covered in dust and spiderwebs at the bottom. The tv remote didn't have a back cover and instead of buying a replacement, they just taped the back so the batteries wouldnt fall out. For an entire hour, I had to struggle to connect to the wifi. There was no password, the wifi they had was the lowest tier and barely worked for 3 mins straight. I didn't even stay the night. I just packed my stuff and booked a room somewhere else.

Nice property, but needs upgrades! I like that all rooms have two rooms. The price is good. Guests are very loud and rude at the pool. Loud Rap music with bad words, kids throwing rocks, smoking weed. It uncomfortable with children at the pool because other guests. I experienced this for 4 days, different people, same bad vibe

Needs to be stated that they don’t have room service every time you call if you need a towel or a pillow or anything you have to go down and get it yourself, but they do have staff expensive for no reason

Room definitely is outdated , property has some interesting people around. The worst part is having the room be 86 degrees walking in because the air isn’t on. Front desk offered two fans in the meantime to get air flow , well I’m glad the took the fans because the air never came on. Woke up at 8 am and the room was 82. Don’t waste your money on the room it’s pretty unsafe to have the air not working in the middle of summer! It’s cooler outside than it was in the room. Can’t open up sliding door or windows either there’s no screen and you’ll let the bugs in.
