for those working from home. there is a strong wifi signaler work and children 's online activities.
this charming contemporary house in the heart of pasadena make you feel like you have setpped backing time yet have all the favorite modern amenities ! the open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather for dinner, sit back and watch a show on the flat screen TV.
features large kitchen with appliances , the one bedroom features a king size bed an another flat screen smart TV.

Make sure you let them know you’re going to be there.
Check in was easy and we were pleasantly surprised and how comfortable this stay would be after a 11 hour drive. The beds were firm which was great for us. We had several nights of great sleep. We do recommend that you contact the owner before you check in. Unfortunately he was unaware that he had tenants. After our long drive we were exhausted and fell fast asleep…that is until we were abruptly waken by loud banging on the door at 11pm. It caused an immediate adrenaline rush as we had no idea who was trying to get into the home. After a little investigation we saw someone standing outside the bathroom window looking at his phone. He identified himself as the owner and that he was unaware that anyone had been booked that weekend. I guess he doesn’t do much business through VRBO. All in all it was a pleasant stay except for the one issue. It was also missing half of the art that is shown in the listing and the place itself was not in the best condition.

This is a full second floor Apartment with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room and bathroom.
The apartment sits above a dental office which was not open during the time of our stay, which was around Christmas week, which made it very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located within a short walking distance from Target and Ralph's, for supplies and food, and Lake Street with scores of stores and restaurants. Private parking is located in the back of the building which made it very convenient for loading and unloading supplies and luggage.

Misinformation in listing and not clean
We have rented through Vrbo many times and I just want others to know that this listing is misleading… it is above a dentists office which is in a convenient location In Pasadena but not made clear in the listing……the place is caked with cat hair that stuck to all of our clothes if you sit on any furniture. All the walls and doorknobs and light switches are dirty. The owner charges per person even though the listing says it sleeps 5 and charges are for “additional guests”. (Which to me is more than 5….). I did not know this and was charged and additional $360. He was present in the office below and “watching” us which was very uncomfortable and his belongings are in the closets. I had to email him to get the door code to the place and he later emailed me at 2:30am asking how many guests I had even though I had been asleep since 11. There are no kitchen towels or clean dishrags for the kitchen.. just minimal gross silverware and a dirty kitchen sponge. There is a gap in the curtains in the bathroom where at night people could see in the window with straight view of the toilet from outside if the lights were on. Therefore unless you want someone viewing you in the bathroom, you’re stuck using the bathroom in the dark. I would not recommend this to anyone— especially since with the extra charges I could have stayed in a nice hotel that was at least clean and secure.
