"Sadly, we were only able to stay overnight. We were on our way home from college graduation in Ohio. This was our halfway point. The place was Fan-Tastic...folks I know who have had more time in El Paso said the park system is phenomenal and a great place to walk the dogs, if on a long car trip. The community was friendly and welcoming as well."

"The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

"The photos do not match the property. It's old and not very clean the staff was pretty disorganized but did what they could to accommodate. I believe they were overbooked because of 3rd party bookings. We were unable to message the host and did not have any correspondence with them."

It makes it difficult for multiple adults to get ready in the morning. Consider putting a mirror in at least one bedroom. Also the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bedroom. Could use a better router."

"We loved the detail that went into turning this building into loft apartments. We felt very safe. The main street is adorable and Nats' is the place to go for coffee and food. "Loved this adorable home! It was perfect for our short stay in Peoria to see The Cher Show at the Civic Center. It is very close to downtown , yet in a quiet neighborhood . We loved sitting outside on the deck . The only thing that was a minor problem was parking. We were able to put a car in the garage , but was unsure if we could park on the street in front of the house. We managed to squeeze the other two vehicles in the drive, but it was a tight fit. We will definitely return here!"
