"Je n ai pas apprécié le fait que nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits et le lit n a pas etait fait une seule fois , ni les seviettes changées alors que pour d autres touristes ça avait été fait, les petits dejeuners également limites."

"Listed as an air conditioned room and it was not. It has a non functioning air conditioning unit that just blows air. Staff was incredibly rude would pick up the phone in front of you instead of greeting you and asking you to wait a minute or helping you. Staff never addressed the ac issue. Door lock was not great. Pictures are probably from when they first opened, the lights were falling off the wall and hanging all sideways, shower leaked and wasn’t adjustable so you could actually use it. No...

"This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. "
