Loved the easy access and first floor room we had. Very quiet building and plenty of choices for breakfast. Staff was very accommodating.

We didn't arrive till nearly 1am but they came right up to the desk when we rang the bell. Very friendly. The room was clean and larger than many Hamptons I've been in. The beds were comfortable, there was a coffee pot, shampoo and blow dryer, desk, side chair, and even a free breakfast which I don't always expect to see in a Super 8. It just felt very comfortable. We were there to go to the State Fair and the drive from Winterset to Des Moines was through pretty countryside.

The room was excellent…clean, spacious, and modern. It was nice to have a little sectional for our family to lounge on instead of always being on the beds. Beds were comfortable…down pillows and comforter. Rooms were nice and quiet! I couldn't ever hear other doors closing or people above us. The breakfast was complimentary and was delicious! The south outside has a lot of trash here and there on the ground. Some of it probably is not from yall's hotel could be from the other hotel also

It was conveniently located next to a grocery store with a coffee shop inside, a pharmacy, a gas station a couple of restaurants and literally right next to the airport. It was a bit noisy at times because of the air traffic, but otherwise, not a bad location. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. And just a few minutes drive from downtown. We'll be staying here again!

Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town.

I was staying on a Monday night on business. I got the king bed with sofa room. The check-in process was fast and staff was very friendly. The room was wonderful - very comfortable, clean and cozy. Check out process was just as efficient - staff just as friendly. I went to my meetings that day and realized I had forgotten my coat in the room. My family loves this hotel. We try to meet here once a year because the location is convenient for all of my relatives and it offers so many amenities on site and close by. The mall next door along with all of the nice restaurants within walking distance is awesome. The hotel staff is by far the most accommodating, professional, and courteous group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure to interact with in this type of setting.
