Good bye Madrid!
We had a very nice stay. It was our last day in Madrid before we came home back to California. We had some drinks in the bar area. We also had dinner at the hotel. Food was delicious. The next morning we had breakfast at the hotel as well.

Great for an overnight stop
This was a spur of the moment stop for us & it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable & we ate in the restaurant which wasn’t too bad. To us it seemed to be in an area that you would need a car to be able to get to places but for an overnight stop it was fine.

Checked in late and found later in the night that the AC wasn't working in our room. We called asked for help they reset the unit but it was already 2am. We found the reset didn't help. We specified that we would have 3 people in our room 2 adults and 1 toddler and didn't have enough towels in our room. I dont think i would book with them in the future.

The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast buffet was 10/10! Highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel near the airport only a 10 minute drive.

Exe Madrid Norte was a beautiful hotel and the staff was very kind! The hotel room was big, clean, and had a great view! The breakfast was delicious and the bar area was great! The only thing about this hotel is the location. It is far from the city center of Madrid and has limited public transportation. The closest practical public transportation is the Cercanias train station that is a 20 minute walk, but is unwalkable due to the hotel being located next to a highway. We had to take numerous taxis in order to get to the closest train station. Otherwise then that, the hotel was great, just not close to any public transportation. Consider this if you are staying here and planning to go to the center of Madrid often.

Nice place that is near the airport. There is not much around the hotel unless you have a car. There is nothing accessible on foot near the hotel. If you need a place to sleep it is fine. Rooms are nice and staff are very helpful.
