We loved our stay (3 nights) - super responsive staff, excellent location, and since our room was on the interior it was really quiet. Room was really comfortable and spacious and the king bed is appreciated - a rarity in European hotels! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location - right on the shopping sheet with a tiny balcony for people-watching with a cheeky gin and tonic. Really quiet with french doors closed. Amazing location. Walkable to everywhere. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Will definitely book again if we come back to Madrid. Thank you!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. The staff was super sweet and the location is fantastic. Near everything but quiet at night. They provided water in the room and even helped us book a show. We will definitely be back !

We are a family of 4 and stayed in a family room with bunk beds. The room was clean and efficient, and we had surprisingly quiet nights in the fun and vibrant Chueca neighborhood. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent experience. The location is ideal for bar hopping, site seeing, and shopping. The room is very nice. It has an AC, a nice bed and shower, and plenty of space for two to three people. The ladies that work there are also really cool and nice. When I come back to Madrid, I will book this room again.

Great location

The rooms are in a floor in a larger building. Access is through the main building door. There is a small elevator. Rooms are modern are well kept. The building is on the pedestrian portion of Fuencarral, about half a block from the closest street. We believe the location is very convinient.

This place is in an amazing location just off Gran Via - there’s tons of shopping options in the area. There’s also a 3 story Mercado up the street and the food options are excellent l. The room was perfect for what my family needed and the bed was comfy. Shower was nice and hot with good pressure. I’d definitely stay again, but be sure you download WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel for instructions on how to first enter the property.

This place is a gem. The facility is very nice - we got a king size bed and a separate room with a bunk bed (family suite room). Clean, nicely-decorated, comfy bed, provided a kettle with coffee, tea, bottled water (you can ask more anytime). Location is at the center of the shopping district, restaurants, metro stations and walkable tourists sites. Though this is not a hotel. You may need to walk several meters away from the uber or taxi drop off before you reach their door and reception is on the second floor. We only stayed for one night but it was really a pleasant stay for us.
