"Was a cute stay. Apartment is small but was plenty of room for us. There is a nice outdoor seating are and ping pong table. Small coffee shop across the street as well. There is currently construction during the day out front which would have been helpful to know. The area will be beautiful once the construction is done. Would also be helpful to have a curtain over the open window in the bathroom since it looks out into an area people pass by. We would stay here again if in the area."

"The place was as described. Unfortunately we got some unusual cold and wet weather and given that this is really a beach stay, we didn't get to take advantage of everything. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to opt for an upstairs unit - floors are very thin and you can hear everything. Super easy check in and check out and really nice and clean."

"We really liked this place. Looking for a reasonably priced place where we could explore Carpinteria and Santa Barbara from and this place fit the bill perfectly! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the apartment was immaculate! Very nice, with on-site laundry, comfortable beds - can't think of anything to nit-pick. Great place and we'll be back."

Vrbo didn’t send us our checkin instructions, but the property manager was really responsive to all of the concerns we had. "Unit is is a great location about 2 blocks from the beach and close to restaurants/shops. Check in and communication with property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. We would definitely recommend adding some utensils and cookware to the kitchen inventory for those who wish to cook in and not eat out. Otherwise everything was wonderful!"
