"Everything was great minus the shower. Never once did we have hot water. After a day out and about all I wanted to do was come back and take a nice warm shower. Couldn’t. Felt like the ocean would have been warmer. "

"We will definitely be coming back here again. Rooms were absolutely spotless. Inside and outside the hotel were very well kept. Pool was out for some maintenance, but brought back up to speed very quickly. Every encounter with the staff at the front desk was amazing, every questions was addressed quickly, and our needs were met immediately. The morning breakfast changed daily, giving everyone a chance to have something different. My son said the syrup station was all sticky from a guest making a mess. 10 minutes later when I went there it was clean. The staff was on top of there game. Great and safe place for us and pet friendly. 10 ⭐️ from our family. "

"Please do not stay at this property. We were “welcomed” by a musty smelling room with no coffee machine, a missing smoke alarm with hanging wires, ripped token blanket and a filthy dirty ceiling in the bathroom. The management is destroying the brand name. I plan to complain to Radison as well."

"Great location for walking around Monterey, however, not for getting a good night sleep. Had street facing room and had to sleep w/ windows open bc there’s no air conditioning. Nonstop noise from 12:30 am to morning. Conversations on the street, then two garbage collection and 2 different times, and then the 1hr squawking of seagulls before sunrise. Maybe, ask for an inside room if you value sleep. "

"A fantastic, new hotel near Monterey! Smooth check-in, quiet rooms, and great amenities like the 24/7 coffee station and nearby Trader Joe's. The free hot breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back."
