“Jeff the staff was great, rooms recently renovated everything was very clean. Staff onsite kept exterior clean. Everything new in restroom and new AC units. Parking was accessible and it's located in a very well area. Great access to shops and not too far from beach.”

“We loved the unit space and location. The required communication was handled well with hosts, however the contact gentlemen Liam failed to handle a significant toilet issue. After contacting hosts it was fixed within minutes. the Pool was lovely but only one pool towel provided. ( we prob should have known ) but did not make room in our packing for that amenity. Also, the sofa was full of dog hair which after discovering we did not use. Despite these couple issues we were very happy with the……

“Host & Communication was great. There is a lot of space. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Marina beach is a food the street. Recommend driving to Venice beach if carrying chairs cooler to hang for the day. Only con is the property is on the 10th floor and one of the two elevators was out until the last day which resulted in some longer waits. Other than that, everything went smoothly and my family enjoyed the trip.”

"The room is quite tight but with all well designed necessities which the customers demand is considered . Most functions of dining , meeting and working are allocated in its lobby areas to get the community more closely. The only thing I am not get used to is u need to carry the bottle of filled water from the lobby cafe areas which might not convenient especially in the evening or for guest who prefer to drink hot tea or coffee at room."
