“Honestly would stay again in a heartbeat, if I was in town for a shorter trip! I only had two complaints the entire time I was in the apartment (for just under a month) and one was that the wifi wasn’t exactly perfect so it made it a little hard to work from home in certain cases. The only other thing was that the washer and dryer are on property, not in unit - this was probably my own fault for not asking ahead of time but still threw me off regardless, based on the listing including them.……

“It is walking distance from any bar on Knox/Henderson, making it very easy to see the town. It is right outside of Highland Park, the safest and most beautiful place in Dallas. The apartment was perfect for our short stay, and even though it was old feeling, it was still very nice and kept up to date. ”

“The property owner was easy to work with and communicated all check-in and check-out procedures accurately. We needed a place to stay while training in Dallas and this was perfect to come home to each night with good a/c, a clean bathroom, and all the things we needed in the kitchen. Also, the bed and linens were excellent. We were glad for the gated community. Only one minor thing for the owner that I’m positive he will address immediately because he is so responsive: we could have used a few……
