Ours home is located 5 blocks from marina and bay , Osprey Park and to 15 min to Smith Point Ocean Beach.
It is newly renovated, with central air, 3 bedrooms ,2 full bathrooms ,kitchen, dining room ,living room ,Netflix , wifi, fenced backyard ,patio with outdoor furniture ,bbq, fire pit ,home bar with ,tv, fridge ,and futon bunk beds and outdoor shower .

about 1 hour and 30 min to Manhattan by car or train.
